What characters are supported?
A-Z, 0-9, and common punctuation (. , ? ' ! / ( ) & : ; = + - _ " $ @) — unsupported characters are simply skipped.
What do the timing units mean?
Standard Morse timing: a dash lasts three times as long as a dot, the gap between dots/dashes within a letter equals one dot, the gap between letters equals three dots, and the gap between words (" / ") equals seven dots.
